The Annual Merle Derochie Invitational golf tournament is a fundraising event hosted by the Park Derochie Social Committee. The tournament is all about having fun and socializing with friends, family, and colleagues. No worries if you’re not a golfer; this tournament is suitable for people of all skill levels.

 

Tournament is open to Park Derochie employees, suppliers and invited guests only.

 

Your participation in this tournament allows our committee to provide financial support through our Educational Bursary for our employee’s children, our Emergency Family Assistance Fund as well as financial contributions to various charitable organizations. We also provide and support various activities for our employees throughout the year.

 

 

We hope that you will join us, and/or support us through sponsorship, in our annual fundraising tournament.

Please observe the following golfers dress code:

  • Tank tops, jeans, cut off jeans and spandex exercise attire is not be permitted on the golf course.
  • Men - Collared Shirts must be worn at all times.
  • Non-metal spiked footwear only.

Charitable Donations

The Park Derochie Social Committee is pleased to announce that donations were recently presented to two charitable causes:

  • The Edmonton Firefighters Burn Treatment Society received $10,000 from the Social Fund, and will go towards the Burn Treatment Camp.
  • The Brick Sport Central received $10,000 and marks the forth year donations have been made. 50% was contributed from the Social Fund and 50% from Park Derochie.
